INGREDIENTS:
2 - 6 oz cans Bumble BeeĀ® Crabmeat
1 unbaked pie shell
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
2 green onions, chopped
3 beaten eggs
1 cup light cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
dash of mace
1/2 cup sliced almonds
DIRECTIONS:

Sprinkle cheese evenly over bottom of pie shell. Top with crab, sprinkle with green onion. Combine eggs, cream, salt, lemon peel, dry mustard and mace. Pour over crab. Top with almonds. Bake slowly in oven set at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 55 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
