INGREDIENTS:
| 2 cans or pouches (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Tuna, drained and flaked |
|
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
|
¼ cup finely chopped onion or celery |
|
2 tablespoons sweet relish |
|
½ teaspoon ground black pepper |
|
4 Romaine lettuce leaves |
|
8 slices of white bread |
|
1 ghost-shaped cookie cutter |
|
Olives, raisins or carrots for decorating eyes, nose and mouth |
|

|
DIRECTIONS:
| Place tuna in medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, onion or celery, sweet relish and black pepper. Mix well. With ghost shape cookie cutter, cut shapes out of bread. Make sandwiches using romaine lettuce and tuna. When done, use olives, raisins or carrots for eyes and mouth, to create your own special ghost. |
