4 Servings
Guaranteed to be one of your kids’ most requested lunches (and the one you steal the most), these tuna-stuffed crescent rolls are so easy your little ones can help you make them. Just roll them up, pop them in the oven, and enjoy some warm buttery bites in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 can Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna
- 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 rib celery, small chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced into large coins
- 4 tablespoons ranch dressing
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain Bumble Bee Tuna well and mix together in a bowl with cheese and celery.
Unroll the dough and separate into triangles.
Divide tuna mixture on the wider 2/3 of each triangle.
Roll the dough up, starting at the wide end of the triangle and working your way to the top.
Place the rolls on prepared baking sheet and bake 11-13 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Meanwhile, bring a small pot of water to a simmer. Add broccoli and carrots to water and cook 3-4 minutes.
Strain and rinse with cool water then let cool completely.
In lunchbox serve 1-2 Tuna Cheddar Crescent Rolls with ¼ cup broccoli, ¼ cup carrots and ranch dressing.
