Shrimp Fried Rice

No need to order in. Our take on the classic mixture of shrimp and rice sautéed with egg, onion, garlic, and carrots, tastes just like takeout — only without the wait, drive, or delivery fee.
Ingredients
- 2 cans (4 oz) Tiny Shrimp
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 cups cooked rice, cold
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
Directions
In skillet, saute green onion, garlic and carrots in hot oil for 2 minutes stirring. Stir in beaten eggs, scramble. Add cooked rice, soy sauce and chicken boullion.
Stir and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and stir gently, heat until mixture is steaming hot.
Makes about 4 cups.
